We use a cookie make sure that when you log in you stay logged in, and of course when you log out you stay logged out. Oh, and to keep track of when you've seen notifications from your dashboard so we don't have to show them again.

Measuring website usage (Google Analytics)

We use Google Analytics software to collect information about how you use Contributoria.com. We do this to help make sure the site is meeting the needs of its users and to help us make improvements.

Google Analytics stores information about:

  • the pages you visit on Contributoria.com - how long you spend on each Contributoria.com page
  • how you got to the site
  • what you click on while you’re visiting the site

We don’t collect or store your personal information (eg your name or address) so this information can’t be used to identify who you are.

Our image serving provider (cloudimage.io)

We use cloudimage.io to host our images and serve them from CDNs to make it all a bit faster. The cookie is used so they can track how many times we serve the images, bandwidth usage and so on to charge us for that usage each month.
